The Celluloid Correspondent

Behemoth! is a character study of a troubled cellist named Alex, who grapples with his identity and relationships after returning to Los Angeles. Despite strong performances, particularly from Pedro Pascal, the film struggles with narrative cohesion due to its non-linear structure, leaving viewers frustrated by its unrealized potential. The excellent score, however, provides some redemption.
